During WWE Elimination Chamber, Edge and Beth Phoenix managed to defeat the pair formed by Finn Bálor and Rhea Ripley of Judgment Day, after the stable had started a feud with its founder by kicking him out after the arrival of the Irishman.
Also at ringside supporting the members of the JD was of course Dominik Mysterio, who never leaves The Eradicator. Even if the two women are no longer involved in the feud, Edge and Finn Bálor are continuing, with the thing that will probably lead them to challenge each other at WrestleMania 39 in a possible Hell in a Cell Match, as already mentioned in recent weeks by some journalists of the business.
Speaking to Sportskeeda's Riju Dasgupta, Dominik Misterio revealed that he wouldn't mind having a match against Beth Phoenix, one-on-one, just the two of them: "Yeah, I would go one-on-one with Beth Phoenix. Why not? He hit me with the Glam Slam and tried to hit me again.
You know what, if you lay your hands on me, I think it's just fair game, right? We're going to have to deal with Edge because I know he's going to want to interact in some way." But then he had a bit of second thoughts: "But I think the best way to do that would be a handicap match with me and Mami Rhea against Beth.
If I go in there with Beth, I don't want too much attention, so I have to let Mami take care of some business."
Dominik Mysterio has a dream
Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Beth Phoenix confirmed her presence for WrestleMania: “I will be at the biggest event of the year.
I'm sure Edge will do something and then I'll enjoy the show. I'll be there having fun, I don't expect to fight or anything like that. I can say with all my heart that he and I are not looking into the future yet. We have no plans and we live day by day.
When small opportunities present themselves, we will seize them. We don't know what the future holds for us." Dominik Mysterio believes Charlotte Flair will face a tough test against his Judgment Day stablemate Rhea Ripley at WWE WrestleMania 39.
"I'm a third-generation superstar. Charlotte is second. I'll give her her flowers. I'll let her know that she is at the top of her game. She's a champion for a reason. She is a Flair. But, at the end of the day, Mami is at the top of her game. She's the best at what she does. She's untouchable right now."
