WWE Corridor of Famer Trish Stratus, as of late, uncovered that she experienced a physical issue while participating in WrestleMania 39 this year. Notwithstanding her to some extent torn hamstring, Stratus united with Becky Lynch and individual WWE Corridor of Famer Lita to get a triumph over Harm CTRL.
In a meeting on Busted Open Radio, Stratus got serious about the effect of her physical issue on her pre-WrestleMania preparation and her re-visitation of the ring. The wrestling hotshot conceded that her physical issue made it hard to prepare as broadly as she generally would in anticipation of a match.
"I had a couple of deterrents; I had a, to some extent, torn hamstring, coincidentally," she uncovered. "No one had some awareness of that. However, it was very much like, 'WrestleMania, how about we simply go!'" Stratus further explained what the injury meant for her preparation routine.
"I'm generally in there, similar to, the moment I figure out there's a match, I'm in there each day, I'm taking care of my children, and I'm in the ring until late, this is my specialty. What's more, this time, I had this injury, so I was somewhat uncertain about going in any case, man, something doesn't add up about feeling at ease.
It resembles riding a bicycle, as you folks know when you get back in there, your body's like, 'I got this, simply do your thing,' and it streams."
Stratus' Heel Turn Explained
WrestleMania 39 was Stratus' most memorable match since confronting Charlotte Energy at SummerSlam 2019.
Following her WrestleMania execution, Stratus collaborated with Lynch on the April 10 release of Crude, where they lost the WWE Ladies' Label Group Titles to Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez. After their loss, Stratus stunned fans by turning heel and going after Lynch.
During the current week's Crude, Stratus clarified her heel turn and admitted to organizing the behind-the-stage assault on Lita, which prompted her supplanting Lita in the April 10 championship.
