Zach Gowen Thankful for WWE Stint, But Wishes for Action Figure

Former WWE wrestler, Zach Gowen, is grateful for his successful career in professional wrestling, spanning over two decades. However, he is most remembered for his one-year stint with WWE, where he feuded with Vince McMahon and was thrown down the stairs by Brock Lesnar.

Despite his popularity, one thing that eluded Gowen during his WWE stint was having a match at WrestleMania. In a recent interview with "WrestlingNewsCo," Gowen revealed why he missed out on WrestleMania and expressed his desire to be part of "The Showcase of the Immortals." "That's the pinnacle; that's the premiere event in our industry.

It would've been amazing to have a match at WrestleMania. They brought me in right after WrestleMania and fired me right before the next WrestleMania. So my window didn't line up with WrestleMania," said Gowen.

Gowen Grateful for Wrestling Career

Despite missing out on WrestleMania, Gowen is grateful for his career in professional wrestling and cherishes all the opportunities and experiences it has given him.

He stated that he has zero regrets in professional wrestling and is grateful for the travel, the people he's met, and the heroes he's worked with both outside and inside the ring. "Wrestling had given me more than I could've ever asked for, dreamed up, or even fantasized about when I stepped foot, pardon the pun, in a wrestling ring for the first time at wrestling school.

I am so grateful for all the opportunities, the travel, and the heroes I've met and have been able to rub shoulder-to-shoulder with outside and inside the ring. Wrestling has given me more than I deserve, so there are no regrets," Gowen said.

However, there are two things that Gowen wishes he had accomplished during his professional wrestling career, a WrestleMania moment and an official action figure made of him, which never happened. "I certainly do wish I had a WrestleMania moment for sure.

I also wish they had made an official action figure of me. That never happened either," Gowen expressed. Despite his unfulfilled wishes, Zach Gowen remains grateful for his time in professional wrestling and his success in the industry.
