Big E's Surprise Interview: Revealing His Money in the Bank Favorite

Former WWE Champion and beloved New Day member, Big E, recently caused a stir with his surprising interview appearance where he unveiled his top pick to win this year's highly anticipated Money in the Bank event. Having previously claimed the prestigious Money in the Bank briefcase himself, Big E made wrestling history by cashing it in on Bobby Lashley to become the WWE Champion in 2021.

Unfortunately, his reign was short-lived as he ultimately lost the title to the formidable Brock Lesnar at Day 1. Since early 2022, the powerhouse of the New Day has been absent from the squared circle due to a debilitating neck injury.

Big E's Enthusiasm for LA Knight

During an episode of the popular After the Bell podcast, Big E shared his thoughts on the current WWE landscape, specifically expressing his fascination with the reactions garnered by fellow wrestler LA Knight.

Although he has not had the opportunity to collaborate with Knight in the past, Big E expressed genuine excitement at witnessing the 40-year-old athlete captivate audiences night after night with his electrifying performances.

Reflecting on his time away from the ring, Big E revealed, "Being injured is never cool, but one positive aspect is that it allows you to step off the relentless treadmill and observe what's happening. While I haven't had the chance to share a locker room with LA Knight, seeing how fans react to him consistently and with increasing fervor is truly exhilarating.

I'm a fan. I'm an LA Knight fan." Additionally, Big E fondly recalled his initial encounter with LA Knight, which took place at a gym in Los Angeles. Recounting the meeting, he noted that Knight was amicable, and the two engaged in a brief but pleasant interaction.

"I distinctly remember the first time we crossed paths—it was at LA Fitness in Los Angeles. Quite fitting, really. He was a cool guy, and we exchanged a few words. I'm a fan of his work, and I truly hope he receives the opportunity to soar to great heights and showcase his incredible talents," Big E reminisced.

With his heartfelt endorsement, Big E made his desires clear: he wants WWE to fully support and propel LA Knight to the pinnacle of success within the industry. Only time will tell if Big E's chosen favorite will seize the coveted Money in the Bank contract and etch his name in the annals of wrestling greatness.
