Who knows where his journey will lead, but I feel like we both have star potential," Pillman Jr. said, "Our separation might have been premature; we were onto something special." He also reflected on his feud with the House of Black and particularly remembered a standout promo he cut against Malakai Black.

"That was one of the best promos of my career," he noted, before acknowledging the loss to the House of Black gracefully, "We were a young, up-and-coming tag team that didn't quite hit a home run, but we were definitely in the game." Despite being coy on specifics, Pillman Jr.'
