In a groundbreaking move, WWE is experiencing a significant shift in its corporate landscape following its merger with UFC under the new banner of TKO Holdings group. This collaboration was made official on Tuesday post-acquisition by the Endeavor Group, revealing potential new ventures on the horizon.

Endeavor's acquisition adds both UFC and WWE to its vast portfolio. Vince McMahon remains at the helm, overseeing the wrestling operations, with Triple H masterminding the creative direction. Such strategic alliances typically usher in fresh leadership perspectives and changes, and this merger is no exception.

Riddick's WWE Exit

Today, Pwinsider brought to light that Frank A. Riddick, WWE's Chief Financial Officer & Chief Administrative Officer, is slated to exit the organization by month's end. WWE President Nick Khan addressed this significant change internally.

On Wednesday, he circulated a memo amongst the company's personnel to shed light on Riddick's impending exit. Although Riddick has maintained a discreet silence regarding his departure, John Pollock from POST Wrestling unveiled Khan's memo on his Twitter handle, which read: "Frank is an esteemed colleague, and our journey alongside him has been commendable.

His invaluable advice, unwavering support, and years of service have been pivotal for WWE. We extend our heartfelt gratitude and wish him unmatched success in his future endeavors." Riddick's departure is noteworthy as it stands as the first disclosed exit after WWE's alliance with UFC.

His dedication to WWE was recognized among the executive echelon, where he was also benefitted with a bonus post the merger's culmination. Having been a crucial part of WWE for over a decade, Riddick not only played an instrumental role on the company's Board Of Directors until 2021 but also earned the title of Chief Financial Officer & Chief Administrative Officer of WWE. His vast experience and contributions will be sorely missed as WWE ventures into this new chapter alongside UFC.
