In the high-octane world of WWE, Bianca Belair stands out not just as the self-proclaimed "EST"—embodying the strongest, fastest, and toughest attributes—but also as one of the most inventive and creative superstars on the roster.
Known for crafting her own ring attire, Belair has consistently dazzled fans with her eye-catching gear, especially during flagship events like WrestleMania and the Royal Rumble. In a recent appearance on the talk show "Baby, This is Keke Palmer," the former WWE Women's Champion delved into the creative process behind her iconic looks.
Belair explained that her designs often draw inspiration from the specific locales the WWE tour visits, as well as the calendar year's significant events. "One of my most cherished outfits was conceptualized during my time in 'NXT,'" Belair shared.
"It was Black History Month, and I created a 'Black History in the Making' ensemble. I often look to the season or occasion for ideas. Take SummerSlam in Detroit, for example. I leaned into the city's motorsport culture for that outfit.
And for WrestleMania in Hollywood, I fashioned a gear that included my own Hollywood Walk of Fame star—since making it to that level is an aspiration of mine."
Fashion & Film
Beyond the squared circle, Belair expressed her desire to make a name for herself in the fashion industry.
With an inherent passion for design, she aspires to launch her own fashion line someday. Acting, too, is on her radar as another avenue for showcasing her multifaceted talents. "Even as a child, I felt a pull toward acting. It's something that's always been in my veins," Belair noted.
While currently on a brief hiatus from WWE—her last appearance being on "WWE SmackDown" this past August—Belair is reportedly gearing up for a highly anticipated return. Given her diverse interests and talents, it's clear that whether she's in or out of the ring, Bianca Belair will remain a captivating presence, continuing to set new milestones in both WWE and potentially, in the broader entertainment world.
With this mix of athleticism, creativity, and ambition, Belair is indeed living up to her "EST" moniker, setting the stage for a career that seems poised to transcend WWE's four-sided ring.
