In a thrilling turn of events, Impact Wrestling is set to embark on a new chapter by reviving their original name, Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling. This significant transformation is scheduled to take place in just three weeks, marking a momentous occasion for the promotion.

In line with this rebranding, Impact Wrestling has been actively updating its roster, confirming which talents will be part of this exciting new journey under the TNA banner. Among the latest announcements is the return of The Rascalz, comprised of Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz, former Impact Tag Team Champions.

This news first came to light during the December 21 episode of "Impact on AXS TV," and was later shared across social platforms, including X (formerly known as Twitter). The re-signing of The Rascalz aligns with Impact/TNA's strategy to strengthen its roster with both familiar faces and new talent.

Notably, Eddie Edwards and Brian Myers have also recently extended their contracts, signaling their commitment to the promotion's future. In addition, Impact/TNA has successfully secured agreements with several other notable wrestlers, including Dani Luna, KUSHIDA, and Trent Seven, a former "WWE NXT UK" Tag Team Champion.

Wentz's Enthusiastic Return

Zachary Wentz expressed his excitement about the re-signing on X, stating, "Blessed to have signed a new deal with TNA. The roster is incredibly talented and everyone is eager to excel. The sense of family here really brings out the best in me.

I'm looking forward to accomplishing more milestones with TNA in 2024 and beyond. It's time for the RSCL to take over TNA." The Rascalz first made their mark on the independent circuit in 2018, initially formed by Wentz and Dezmond Xavier (known as Wes Lee).

The group expanded to include Trey Miguel and Myron Reed, quickly establishing themselves as a formidable team. Miguel, Xavier, and Wentz later joined Impact Wrestling, where they continued their success until late 2020. Following a brief stint in WWE, Wentz returned to Impact in the summer of 2022, reuniting with Miguel and reigniting the spark of The Rascalz.

As TNA prepares to re-emerge, fans eagerly anticipate the resurgence of The Rascalz under the revamped banner, promising a new era of high-octane wrestling entertainment.
