In a recent development that has stirred the WWE universe, Liv Morgan, a revered figure in the wrestling world, found herself in a legal bind following a traffic stop on December 14th in Sumter County, Florida. The incident, which unfolded at 6:30 P.M., saw Morgan's yellow jeep being pulled over by a sheriff's deputy due to erratic driving, leading to a search that uncovered marijuana and drug paraphernalia in her vehicle.

The search revealed a small plastic bag containing marijuana and a vape pen with an oil-like substance, later confirmed to be marijuana, leading to Morgan's arrest on charges of marijuana possession (not exceeding 20 grams), possession of drug equipment, and possession of drugs, with the latter suspected to be synthetic cannabinoids.

In a turn of events that has captivated the wrestling community, PWInsider reports that the criminal case against Morgan reached its conclusion on February 6th. A plea of Nolo Contendere was entered by Morgan's legal representative on January 31st, culminating in a fine.

Court documents specify an assessment of $543, with no mention of additional fines, marking the end of Morgan's legal ordeal.

Morgan's Return to the WWE Ring Amidst Legal Turmoil

Amidst the legal turmoil, Liv Morgan, a former SmackDown Women’s Champion, made a triumphant return to the ring.

Morgan had been sidelined due to an injury sustained in a tag team match on the July 17th, 2023 edition of Raw, where she and Raquel Rodriguez faced defeat against Chelsea Green and Sonya Deville for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.
