As we have reported several times, WWE and TNA have made an unprecedented twinning in the rings of both companies, with Jordynne Grace who had signed an agreement to appear in NXT three times, ending her arrival in the rings of the Stamford federation in the ppv Battleground.

After taking part in a title match against Roxanne Perez in the last ppv of NXT, it seemed that the WWE counterpart could instead arrive in the rings of TNA last night, with Against All Odds that was the perfect ground for someone from NXT to debut in the rings of TNA.

In the end, that's what happened, with Jordynne Grace who had set up an open challenge for the ppv, to anyone who wanted to take advantage of a title match against her, with the Knockout champion who saw none other than Tatum Paxley, from NXT, arrive in the TNA rings.

The one who prevailed in tonight's title match was obviously TNA Champion Jordynne Grace, with one of her usual tough and concrete matches, with the champion managing to keep the belt firmly around her waist, despite the numerous threats set in motion by the NXT wrestler.

Jordynne Grace's last match in WWE

As expected on the eve of the Battleground contest, Jordynne Grace played a very concrete and physical match, also helped by her powerful physique that put her opponent in no small difficulty.

However, two external interferences came to Roxanne Perez's aid, distracting the TNA champion, allowing the NXT champion to win the final. Towards the end of the match, in fact, Tatum Paxley arrived at ringside, literally stealing the Knockout title from the hands of the time keeper near the bell, walking away with the belt in her hand.

Ash By Elegance, the former WWE Dana Brooke, stopped Tatum, with the TNA champion intervening by hitting both opponents present at ringside, but leaving time for Perez to recover and hit her with her finisher, giving her the victory.
