In an interview on “The False Finish” podcast, former WWE wrestler Dennis Knight, also known as Mideon revealed one of the most interesting incidents in his wrestling life. Knight who began his WWE journey in 1995 wearing a hog farmer mask known as Phineas I Godwin and later morphed into Mideon, The Undertaker’s disciple, has transitioned from WWE wrestling to the culinary world where he is currently a chef in Clearwater, Florida.

Even though Knight has left wrestling behind for quite some time, his recent participation in a podcast has revealed quite an interesting story that happened in WWE during the early stages of his career. Knight is quite proud that he is the only one who dared to ask Stephanie McMahon, who is the daughter of WWE owner Vince McMahon, out on a date.

Knight said, "I was the first person to ask Stephanie McMahon out. Oh my God, was I in love with her," ‘Shortly after joining WWE, "Not long after I first got there ... Asked her out [to] go see a movie. She responded that her father did not permit her to go out with wrestlers.’ Before dating Stephanie McMahon, Knight had a love interest with her who is now married to Paul “Triple H” Levesque.

When asked about the couple, Knight said, “They couldn’t be a better couple despite they are not my type. I have great affection for them both. ” Knight said the last time he saw Stephanie was at the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony, where he hugged her warmly.

Knight Praises McMahon Family

In addition to his personal experiences, Knight thanked the McMahon family for their courtesy to him throughout his career, especially the positive experience he had with McMahon in the middle of controversy surrounding the WWE chairman amid the current corporate scandal.

“All I can testify to is how they have been treating me all these years Sam is a smart man, he made all his money from scratch. He is a billionaire. ” Knight said. Despite the decrease in Knight’s appearances in the WWE in recent years, he still made a brief appearance in 2020 for one more BSK reunion at the Undertaker’s ‘Final Farewell’ during the Survivor Series event, to which fans of the sport can only look back at with fondness and satisfaction.

Knight’s transformation from a wrestling character to a chef and his thoughts on past romance and interactions inside the WWE nonetheless demonstrate the various careers and the long-lasting friendships of characters in the profession of wrestling.
