CM Punk spoke about Shane McMahon and Twitter. It looks as though he has taken a shot at him. The Undertaker and Roman Reigns were able to beat the team of Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre at WWE Extreme Rules. Philadelphia 76ers Communications Vice President Dave Sholler posted a photo on Twitter in which The Undertaker was seen standing over a McMahon on the mat.
Punk replied to the Tweet by saying, “Is that a fan that jumped in the ring?" The reply has since then been deleted. Punk started using the phrase “Best in The World” after he delivered his famous pipe bomb in 2011.
McMahon started calling himself The Best In The World after he won the World Cup Tournament at the Crown Jewel PPV which was held at Saudi Arabia in 2018. Punk stated on Sauce & Shram that Shane was taking a shot at him.
"I think he's been calling himself the best in the world," Punk said of McMahon. "And this is the funny thing about the company, is I could say, 'Yea that's a little shot at me,' And you know, it probably is, but they'd deny it until the cows come home."
CM Punk did not leave the WWE on the best of terms. That is the reason why the WWE has taken shots at him on a few occasions. Many people believe that CM Punk will join All Elite Wrestling one day.
