Vince McMahon’s recent court case involved his bid to stop Janel Grant from accessing her medical documents at the previous practitioner’s office, which was denied in a judicial decision. The decision followed a court ruling that indicated his request did not violate any stay orders currently in place in this ongoing legal tussle.
Against Grant's discovery demand, Dr Carlon Colker, who is involved in the litigation, has counter-sued him by applying. Colker and his lawyers have described it as part of “a smear campaign,” according to details obtained from Wrestlenomics and official court records. They fear that the motion would severely damage their client’s reputation if it were true that [Grant] had asked Colker to release more information on what vitamins he gave her or how he mixed them up together. The complaint says, “These statements could ‘continue to have a devastating, and potentially long-lasting effect on’ [Colker and Peak Wellness’s] ability to continue practicing at the high level they have rightfully earned,” with damages requested being ‘incalculable’ but clearly into tens of millions of dollars.”
Grant Seeks Medical Records
Currently, Grant is diligently pursuing her medical records from when she became a patient of Dr.Colker. She alleges that many aspects of Colker's treatments, while she was under his care, remain unknown to her. Her relationship with McMahon during this time entered troubled waters because McMahon initially hired Grant as a legal assistant but subsequently subjected her to various forms of mistreatment such as s----l abuse, physical abuse, and mental abuse, among others. In addition, the lawsuit involves serious claims of s-x trafficking linked to former WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar.
McMahon left TKO Group Holdings entirely due to the scandal's impact on his career, which he retired earlier this year. These serious allegations against well-known personalities involved in the case received widespread media attention.
