Bret Hart Rejects WWE Offer to Return

Bret Hart is a WWE Hall of Famer. HE was invited by the WWE to return for the RAW Reunion episode that will take place in Tampa. According to Dave Meltzer from F4WOnline.com, he turned down WWE’s offer. We do not know why Hart rejected the offer though.

Hart has now joined Jim Ross and Bully Ray in the list of people who will not be at the RAW Reunion episode, even though they were invited. We saw Hart at All Elite Wrestling’s Double or Nothing PPV event. He was the one that revealed the AEW World Heavyweight Title belt to the fans.

He then appeared on Sunday Night’s Main Even podcast and stated that he didn’t hear anything negative from the WWE about him appearing on an All Elite Wrestling event. He also stated that the WWE can’t really stop him from working for AEW.

Hart also stated that he is not really looking for work these days, but he is open to anything interesting that may come from the WWE or the AEW. He simply stated that he is looking for something fun to do, and the RAW reunion episode might probably not be fun enough for him.

Hart also stated that he is super physically limited, and could only appear for AEW because he was already in Las Vegas for Starrcast II. It appears he didn’t want to make the trip from Canada to Florida.
