Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley were highly anticipated and did not betray the expectations that had been created around them. Of course, this victory is not all their fault, coming at the end of a heated clash between the original Bloodline and Bloodline 2.0, but it still satisfies a good part of the fandom.

Seven days ago we saw them qualify for the next round of the tournament by defeating A-Town Down Under, while this week they first defeated the DIY and then immediately faced the Guerrillas of Destiny and came out victorious. A very respectable business card for the Motor City Machine Guns, and a lightening perhaps necessary to the Bloodline in view of a probable Wargames at Survivor Series against part of the previous lineup. Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley, fresh from WWE after a long wandering in the independent circuit, set new standards for the Tag Team division... And for the challengers it will not be sure downhill road.
Lately the changed titled in WWE are not much news, given how often they happen. Yet many of us were taken by surprise by what happened in the SmackDown episode aired on Friday, October 25. The most striking factor of this change is represented by the protagonists: on one side two representatives of the Bloodline, Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa, the stable on which WWE is investing a lot; on the other side, however, the Motor City Machine Gun, After only one week from the debut, they can already rest belts on their shoulders.
WWE Friday Night SmackDown: report
Little summary of what happened in the episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown on 10/25/2024 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York
- Randy Orton’s promo where he talks about the things that happened in the last few weeks with Kevin Owens.
The Viper says he’s doing everything possible to get his hands on the Prizefighter but apparently he’s going out of his way. Nick Aldis who said that was beyond his pay grade so called the Chief Content Officer of WWE or Triple H in the ring. Orton said everyone knows he’s protecting Owens from himself, but The Game denied it, adding that the match will not happen.

The Cerebral Assassin claims that he was trying to protect Orton, while the crowd incited for an RKO. Owens was a wrestler who wanted to eliminate those in his way, but it was always for work, while he lowered his guard and this liked both Cody and Orton but he feels that they turned against. He seems to have become disconnected from reality and is no longer the same person.
Triple H told Orton that he had just recovered from his injury and did not want to see him injured again. The former Legacy member says he didn’t ask Paul Levesque out, but wanted Triple H. He begged the CCO of the federation to endorse the match as the person who knows what it means for him and as someone who knows what it was like to have his career taken away. The Game accepts Randy’s request and signs the match for Crown Jewel against Kevin Owens.

New experiments
After the raids of Cody Rhodes to Raw it’s time that he is the World Heavyweight Champion to appear at Friday Night SmackDown. The event was properly advertised, but the most attentive noticed an error in the choice of images used. In the poster, in fact, you can see that Gunther has on his left shoulder not the World Heavyweight Championship but the WWE Intercontinental Championship, the one he lost to WrestleMania XL against Sami Zayn.

It’s not the first time that WWE has made these mistakes: as Ringside News recalls, it happened with LA Knight and Logan Paul (his arm and shoulder with the belt would simply have been cut out and pasted on LA Knight).
