It is certain that the first episode of the red show on Netflix will be one of the most memorable in the entire history of the federation.

A new era

In an interview with ‘Bloomberg’, Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel commented on Raw moving to Netflix next year: “You can see that Netflix wants to be in the live sports business — in live period. I think they will perform very well for them.

There’s a huge chunk of the crowd that are WWE fans that are, not right now, based on our research, Netflix subscribers and if they capture a portion of those, it’s a huge win for them and a huge win for us.”

WWE cannot miss this chance and has worked a lot on the details in recent months. The shows have been made even more thrilling for fans, and new solutions have been adopted to make the product suitable for Netflix. Despite being the leading wrestling company in the world, WWE continues to improve in all aspects and is always thinking about future.

During a press conference, Triple H opened up on Raw’s recent changes: "We're just in this moment where Raw goes down to 2 hours. What does that do for us? It's an hour-less show. We found ourselves overtime of being in this wild spot, if you would've asked me a few years ago, 3 hours was just — the difference between 2 and 3 is just night and day ... It's just different, It's a little bit of a stress because it's less, but I think sometimes less is more, and I think that's going to be a really good thing."

HHH continued: "We're still working through all that so I think, the truth is: you guys will have to watch and see, and I'm going to wait and see, but we'll deal with it and the truth is: no matter what the length of time is, it's just about putting out the best product we can, telling the best possible stories we can. Let's write the best stories, and then we'll try to figure out how to jam it into whatever timeslot we have available."

Recently, Drew McIntyre commented on this seismic shift and expressed his point of view on this topic. The Scottish champion is one of the symbols of the company and he will certainly be able to take advantage of this platform to show his talent to even more people.

"I mean, I was literally pitching to an executive last night about how I'm going to drop the C-word in the cold open on Netflix. They were not so receptive” – McIntyre said.

“I think we still got to pick and choose those moments so that it doesn't get lost and people go, all right, this is not hitting as hard because I've heard the same word 12 times throughout this three-hour show” – Drew added.
