Hulk Hogan has again ended up at the center of controversy after the first episode of Monday Night Raw on Netflix, which was held in Los Angeles on January 6, 2025. The former world champion appeared on-screen to be the protagonist of a very important night, which marked the beginning of a new era for WWE and for this business in general.
However, the Hulk received a very bad reception from the crowd and was loudly booed for the duration of his appearance. Fans in LA do not appreciate his support for the new US President Donald Trump and some controversial episodes in the past have made the figure of Hogan extremely controversial.

Meanwhile, the WWE Hall of Famer has finally received good news. His daughter Brooke - who fans also remember for her past in TNA - announced a few days ago the birth of her twins Oliver Andrew Olesky and Molly Gene Olesky. This means that the Hulk has become a grandfather.
In a recent interview with 'TMZ', former WWE star Mark Henry reflected on the poor reception Hogan received in the Raw premiere on Netflix: "I never had an issue with him before I heard all of the stuff, and even then, I believe in giving second chances. Anybody that knows me knows that I'm a fix-it person.
I'm not gonna dwell on the negative, I'm not gonna talk about the past, we are going forward and he never wanted to go forward and fix it so that's what happens when you think that everything is gonna go away, it's not gonna go away. He thinks it's gonna go away, that it's not gonna be that dark cloud over his career.”
According to the latest rumors, the reception reserved by the WWE Universe for the Hulk in Los Angeles would have surprised even Triple H and the WWE management. The Game would be thinking about how to change Hogan's role in his future appearances in WWE.
