This ceremony has always had great importance not only for the legends involved, but also for the fans, although it has lost some of its charm in recent years.
Everyone remembers that in 2024 many people left after Paul Heyman was included in the WWE HOF and – for this reason – the company is willing to make some changes in 2025. A few weeks ago, it was announced that former world champion Triple H will be inducted into the Hall of Fame this year to the delight of fans.
The Game would have liked to wait a little longer before receiving this recognition, but he was shocked even by the announcement of his friends Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker (who had already spoken to his wife Stephanie McMahon).
HHH's big announcement
A few hours ago – during ESPN’s 'Get Up', HHH announced to the whole world that Michelle McCool is also destined to join the HOF this year.
“I wanted to come here today to take a moment to say, Michelle, the WrestleMania season is upon us. Which means the Hall of Fame,” The Game stated. “And I would like to tell you right now that you will be inducted into the 2025 Hall of Fame.”
The latter was one of the first huge exponents of the women's division. Her arrival in WWE dates back to 2004, when she was among the protagonists of the first edition of the 'Diva Search', although she failed to win.
Starting in 2005, she began performing on SmackDown, officially joining the roster the following year. During her run in WWE, she won the women's championship and the Divas Championship twice, before quitting being a full-time superstar after 2011 Extreme Rules.
Michelle certainly deserves this huge recognition, which she learned with the utmost amazement as she herself admitted on X.
