Cody Rhodes did not disappoint and defeated Jey Uso in the semi-final of the 'King of the Ring' tournament, which is why he will be Randy Orton's opponent in the final that will take place at Night of Champions tomorrow.

The former world champion is returning to express his best version after a small crisis due to the shocking defeat against John Cena at WrestleMania 41, in which he did not show his full potential and fans were quite disappointed. The former AEW star took a short break after the 'Showcase of the Immortals' and recharged his batteries together with his family, a correct choice that allowed him to return to the ring truly motivated.

'The American Nightmare' had become the iconic face of the company after his win over Roman Reigns at WrestleMania XL last year and intends to regain that status, facing John Cena again in the near future.

Cody will face Randy in Saudi Arabia

According to reports from 'WrestleVotes' in the last few hours, there is no doubt that Cody will beat 'The Viper' in Saudi Arabia tomorrow. Rhodes is set to have a new match against the leader of the 'Cenation' at SummerSlam – the most important PLE of the summer – which will be staged on August 2 and 3.

At Night of Champions, Cena will be called upon to defend his belt from CM Punk's assault in the most anticipated match of the night. There are all the prerequisites for Cody and John to challenge each other again and put on a show, electrifying WWE Universe as they were unable to do at the 'Showcase of the Immortals' a couple of months ago.

Everyone's hope is that The Rock can interfere in their match at SummerSlam, after Johnson literally disappeared, disappointing fans and insiders. 'The Great One' had propitiated Cena's shocking heel turn at Elimination Chamber and it was reasonable to expect that he would appear at Mania 41, instead he was not present in Las Vegas and his justifications did not convince anyone.
