On 7 April, at WrestleMania 35, in what was the first time women headlined a WrestleMania event, Lynch won both the Raw Women's Championship and SmackDown Women's Championship in a Winner takes all match against Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair, making her a double champion and the only woman to hold both titles simultaneously.

Lynch is now an overall four-time women's champion in WWE. Upon her return in mid-August, Sasha Banks attacked Lynch and reignited their feud from 2015. The two faced off in a title match at Clash of Champions, on 15 September, where Lynch retained after she inadvertently hit the referee with a steel chair and that caused a disqualification loss.

The feud between the two women eventually led to the second-ever women's hell in a cell match, which was took place on 6 October, at the namesake pay-per-view, in which Lynch was once again victorious. During a recent interview with TV Insider, the Irish superstar described her daily routine: “I get excited about getting up in the morning and getting coffee, having a good breakfast and getting a good workout.

Having a good time with my friends. That’s pretty much it and what I want out of life. Good relationships, good coffee, good food and a good workout”.
