Ryback on WWE’s Work Environment

There are many indie wrestlers in the world that want to join the WWE. Some fortunate indie wrestlers that join the WWE start speaking against it after a certain number of years. Why is that? According to former WWE Intercontinental Champion, Ryback, the WWE is a bad place! He says that the environment is not good at all.

Triple H recently spoke about the WWE Superstars that talk about their problems on social media. Ryback stated on his podcast that the superstars are forced to speak on social media about their problems as it is quite difficult to approach Triple H or Vince McMahon. According to him, Triple H and Vince McMahon are different types of monsters.

"Again, I've had many conversations with Triple H and Vince McMahon. Triple H is just a different type of bulls**tter than Vince, but Vince has handed him down some principles and philosophies. It is their company and they can run it however they want, but I have said this from day one, if they treated people as human beings and treated people with respect and got rid of all of the bullsh*t the talent would be so loyal to them. They punch you in the face and then expect you to kiss their a** we don't have to put up with it anymore. There are other options," said Ryback.
