The Wrestling Observer Radio reported last Thursday that Mauro Ranallo was not in a good shape after he receive some comments from Corey Graves during NXT TakeOver: Wargames. Ranallo has openly spoken about his mental disease and recently deleted his Twitter.
"Just for the record guys, I know you wouldn't know it, but there's actually a WWE Hall of Famer AND a former Ring of Honor Champion on commentary," Graves wrote. "I'd imagine they have a lot to offer."
A new update released by the Wrestling Observer Radio suggest that Ranallo is in a much better shape now. Dave Meltzer stated that he is not sure whether Mauro will be on NXT this Wednesday or not. It is reported that the WWE is in touch with Mauro.
Graves wrote an apology shortly after he wrote that tweet. "This past Saturday, during the Takeover: WarGames event, I sent out a tweet," Graves began. "It was an unpopular opinion, as I often do with the intention of just stirring up a little controversy, maybe have something fun to talk about on TV or here on the show.
It was maybe not the most professional way to go about things, and it was never meant to offend or disrespect or disparage anybody”. Corey Graves is one of the most popular WWE personalities. He is known for his commentary as well as his unique look. He also hosts the After the Bell podcast.
