According to some recent reports, Tanara Conti might quit WWE NXT. She reportedly had a disagreement with the management and simply walked out. According to Wrestling Observer and Fighful Select, she left WWE NXT in the middle of January.
WrestleBR reported that she didn’t wish to take part in a Women’s Battle Royal match. The match took place on the 15th of January during an NXT episode. The episode took place on the USE Network. Bianca Belair won that match.
The earned her a title shot for Rhea Ripley’s NXT women’s Title. We do not know whether Conti is still part of the company. Apparently she is still under contract. Conti has since then removed any WWE references from her Twitter page.
She hasn’t removed all of her references from her Instagram related to the WWE though. Conti joined the WWE in 2016. She is currently 24 years old. She made her debut for the WWE at a live event in 2017. Conti lost a match against Lacey Evans at the 2017 Mae Young Classic.
She lost her match in the 2018 Mae Young Classic as well, this time to Lacey Lane. Conti appeared in the Women’s Battle Royal match that took place at WrestleMania 34 in 2018. She is a legitimate judo black belt and holds a blue belt in the art of Jiu-Jitsu.
