With the Shake-up on April 16th, Bayley was transferred to the SmackDown roster, effectively marking the team's dissolution with Sasha Banks; that same evening Bayley, Asuka, Ember Moon and Kairi Sane defeated the IIconics (Billie Kay and Peyton Royce), Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville.
In the SmackDown episode of April 23rd, Bayley faced Charlotte Flair to determine #1 contender for Becky Lynch's SmackDown Women's Championship, but was defeated. All totaled, Bayley is a five-time women's champion in WWE, and is the only woman who has won the Raw, SmackDown, NXT and Women's Tag Team Championships.
She is recognized as the first women's Triple Crown and Grand Slam Champion in WWE history. On that note, Bayley is also the first woman to sucessfuly defend a WWE Championship in Saudi Arabia at Super ShowDown. During a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, she talked about her friendship with Sasha Banks: “I love this and I work really hard to push myself.
But without Sasha, if I didn’t have her, I wouldn’t know which direction to push myself sometimes. She definitely helps keep my head straight. If I believe in something, she’s always supporting me. She’s helped make me into what I am today”.
