Becky Lynch is pregnant. The wrestler announced the news on Monday, 11th May during one of the most intense segments in recent times. From what her husband Seth Rollins communicated in a post on social media, we have understood that the happy event of the birth of her son (or her daughter) will take place in December, which means the wrestler is certainly out of the ring up to the end of the year.
She will want to spend some more months from the profession, too, which makes her leave of absence even more uncertain. That is why it is legitimate to ask what is the status quo of her salary by Worldwide Wrestling Entertainment (WWE)? This topic was recently addressed by Dave Meltzer, who on his 'Wrestling Observer Radio' wanted to give an answer to those who suspect that Becky will not earn money from WWE in the period of forced removal from the ring.
"As far as I know, and no one has told me anything different about it, she will surely have her financial losses but in WWE they will continue to sell her merchandise for a year. And you know that for the rest of the year this will allow them to do business," said the expert journalist.
In other words, Becky will have the opportunity to earn money through royalties and the exploitation of her image, also because Meltzer added, "At least for a year she will not return to wrestling, and we have yet to understand if she will ever return for real, given that nobody currently knows."
