Update on Ronda Rousey's current status

One of the many absent from the WWE ring responds to the name of Ronda Rousey, former UFC champion and former Monday Night Raw champion, who for more than a year has not been treading the pro-wrestling rings of the Mcmahon company for having taken a break from the federation's in-ring action, to be able to create a family with her husband, with the athlete who has now wanted to become a mother for several years.

Apparently the return of Ronda Rousey, just before Wrestlemania, seemed now imminent, with the Baddest Woman on the planet that had also been spotted in Stamford, at the WWE headquarters, where a few months later the latest edition of Money in the Bank, with the athlete who has since disappeared once again from the WWE radar.

Rumors on Ronda Rousey

Apparently, the status of the former MMA fighter wouldn't have changed since her departure from the McMahon rings, with Ronda still staying "on hiatus" at home, with no news of her return that could currently cheer up her fans, who would like to see her back in the WWE rings.

Furthermore, according to the well-known overseas site Ringside News, the WWE management would not have mentioned Rousey's name in the plans for Summerslam, nor for those of the PPV afterwards, with the status of the former Monday Night Raw champion who it appears very similar to that of Roman Reigns, whose return still seems very distant.

In all the plans planned by WWE from now to after Summerslam, therefore, the name of Rousey does not appear in the least, a sign that the ex mixed martial arts fighter will remain at home who knows for how long. If all this were not enough, the last pandemic period would have made Rousey desist from returning to the scene, as she herself admitted in the last few days.

If all goes well, then, as has emerged from the internal WWE environments, the federation leadership could almost certainly build something with Rousey in the next edition of Wrestlemania, which will be aired (pandemic permitting) from Hollywood and should bring with it huge surprises and prominent characters for WWE.

SummerSlam 2018 saw Ronda Rousey win the Raw Women’s Title from Alexa Bliss. There will be no repeat this year. Ronda Rousey hasn’t been on WWE television since WrestleMania 35 when she lost the Raw Women’s Title in the main event.

She’ll likely wrestle again, but it wouldn’t be a good idea to expect a lengthy return. She is also adamant about staying safe during the pandemic at Browsey Acres.
