In the last few weeks and after the events of the Extreme Rules match, interesting updates have emerged among The Fiend, Alexa Bliss and current Universal Champion Braun Strowman. Last weekm The Fiend along with the Mandible Claw attacked Alexa Bliss.
This was something of a challenge for Strowman as well. This week at Friday Night SmackDown we saw an interesting development, a relationship between The Fiend and Alexa Bliss that seemed to be changing. The wrestler came out in the ring before the break and only after the WWE showed him and Alexa in the ring again.
His music continued to play and a red light covered the ring and area up to the front rows. Just when, however, the wrestler was ready to apply the Mandible Claw on the opponent again, the latter has totally changed his attitude and while last week he had remained impassive, now he has stopped the wrestler from Miami and has caressed his face.
A relationship, the one between the two, which seemed to totally change and we will certainly see new updates in the coming weeks.
Update on The Fiend and Alexa Bliss
Meanwhile, interesting updates arrive for The Fiend also in terms of title.
After the particular encounter with Alexa Bliss, Braun Strowman appeared in video: the Universal Champion claimed that he does not care about Alexa Bliss and that he wants to do everything to destroy The Fiend. As a result, he will challenge the wrestler at SummerSlam for WWE Universal Champion.
Surely The Fiend vs Braun Strowman will be one of the Main Events of the Pay per View card and right now there is a lot of curiosity about how Alexa Bliss, now increasingly involved in this particular WWE Angle, will behave.
As revealed by Tom Colohue on the Dropkick DiSKussions podcast, Alexa Bliss appeared enthusiastic about this new role and said from the start that she had no problem being used in this feud. Initially the WWE had asked the opinion of several wrestlers involved in the blue show, they did not want this feud to upset anyone but apparently this storyline intrigues, week after week, both the public and the experts themselves.
Braun Strowman appeared in a video and said he doesn’t care about Bliss and he promised to take out The Fiend at SummerSlam. The Fiend vs. Strowman for the WWE Universal Championship is one of the top matches at SummerSlam.
The angle with Bliss involved is meant to add something extra to the storyline since this feud has been dragging on for the last couple of pay-per-views. The match at SummerSlam is meant to be the blow-off for the feud.
