John Cena Sr. suggests Braun Strowman should join AEW

Speaking to the microphones of Dan Mirade of Boston Wrestling MWF, John Cena's father was able to express his ideas on many current issues and not in the world of wrestling. Among these themes, there was no lack of reference to many Superstars present who are spending a not particularly brilliant moment in their career and among these, we find the 'Monster Among Men', Braun Strowman.

His name was mentioned while deepening the character of Drew McIntyre, for which John Cena's father has great esteem but is flanked by a fear of being able to see him really put aside as happened with the former Universal champion.

, who among other things achieved the victory of the world title on the same evening as the Scottish cuirassier. These are the words of John Cena Sr. about it: "I think Drew has a bright future ahead. He has a great look, he understands how the business works, but I'm very worried about him because I don't want what happened to Braun Strowman.

A big one that was actually thrown in the trash. A giant, over with all the fans ... What happened? If you consider all of his untapped positive qualities? Well, the AEW is knocking." However, the giant may never make it to AEW, or at least not in the foreseeable future.

Braun himself has in fact signed a contract that will bind him to the WWE for a long time in 2019 and he himself has declared that he will work as a Superstar in-ring only and only for the federation led by Vince McMahon.

Braun Strowman in WWE

Braun Strowman debuted on WWE’s main roster in 2015 as a serious character in The Wyatt Family. The Black Sheep of Bray Wyatt’s group did not say many words during his first year on RAW and SmackDown.

After breaking out as a singles Superstar in 2016, Braun Strowman began to cut more promos as one of RAW’s top heel characters. He then turned babyface for the first time in WWE towards the end of 2017. As John Cena Sr.

alluded to, the Braun Strowman character underwent a change in 2018 when he became involved in more comedy segments. This involved teaming with 10-year-old Nicholas to win the RAW Tag Team titles at WrestleMania 34. Braun Strowman has shown a more aggressive side to his personality on RAW in recent weeks. In the storyline, he is currently suspended after attacking WWE official Adam Pearce.
