In the latest edition of the usual WWE Talking Smack broadcast, which took place immediately after the episode of Friday Night Smackdown, the challenger for the WWE Universal Championship Kevin Owens spoke in an interesting chat with Mad Genius Paul Heyman.
The two characters dealt in particular with what will happen in the next Pay Per View of TLC 2020, the last show of the federation of Vince McMahon in 2020. Heyman is the adviser of the Universal Championship Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens has warned him with the following message: "I need you to make sure Roman Reigns understands this, ahead of next Sunday's match, your man is in big trouble."
The feud between Kevin Owens and Roman Reigns on SmackDown
During the last episode of the blue show, there were several segments that pitted Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens against each other. The Price Fighter never gave up despite strong and heavy attacks from both the Tribal Chief and his adept, Roman's cousin Jey Uso.
The WWE continues to extol the work of Roman Reigns, the total and dominant heel of the federation and also in this episode he slaughtered his rival from start to finish. Owens, on the other hand, never gave up and despite the various blows he took, he finished the episode standing, ready and charged to face his rival in the TLC Pay Per View.
Speaking recently at a question session on WWE India Kevin Owens talked about the titles in WWE and declared his preference, certainly unexpected: "I would like to win the Tag Team Champion title with someone. Of course, winning it with Sami would be even more special than anyone else given that the story we have had and that we have mentioned several times, in fact, even in the past we have won the title of Tag Team Champion together.
It would be fantastic and I would certainly like to win this title." Kevin Owens and Roman Reigns began their feud after Survivor Series, with Jey Uso also being involved in the rivalry. The two have feuded in the past, but this is the first time that Reigns is playing the heel role in the feud.
Roman Reigns will defend his Universal Championship against Kevin Owens this Sunday at the TLC pay-per-view. Owens also stated that he wants to match Roman Reigns' attitude, which he states has always been the case when the two have feuded, "even when the roles were reversed"
