The evening dedicated to the last PPV of the WWE 2020 calendar is now over, with TLC leaving several surprises for WWE Universe fans, especially those eagerly awaiting the return of a long-absent WWE Superstar. For all those fans who have been waiting for Charlotte Flair to return to the Stamford-based company ring for several weeks now, the day of celebration has finally arrived, with the multi-champion of Monday Night Raw and winner of this year's Royal Rumble, who in fact returned to appear in the WWE rings this very night, to support the champion of the red show, the Japanese Asuka, who was left without a partner after the double injury suffered by Lana during the last episodes of the WWE flag show.
After making her return to the scene with great fanfare, Charlotte Flair also managed to get the winning pin in the title match for the WWE female tag team belts, going to get the victory with her Natural Selection.
Charlotte Flair is one of WWE's answers for declining ratings
For the first time in her career, Charlotte thus becomes WWE tag team champion, with this belt that was still missing in the palmares of the daughter of the Nature Boy and with Asuka who once again becomes the couple champion, after the reign alongside Kairi Healthy, with the Monday Night Raw champion belt that still remains firmly on her hips.
After seeing "Becky Two Belts" and "Bayley Two Belts", now is the time for the Japanese Monday Night Raw to have two belts at the same time in the WWE rings, with a great new tag team between the Japanese and her daughter of the two-time WWE Hall of Famer who will immediately begin to reign on the rings of the red show, waiting for the first challengers to the title already tonight.
One of the biggest talking points since last week has been the record-low viewership of WWE's flagship show, Monday Night RAW. This led to reports that WWE is planning to unleash some big moves to get them back on track, and the return of Charlotte Flair could very well be one of the answers for declining ratings.
The record 12-time women's champion, Charlotte Flair has been out of action for nearly six months due to her cosmetic surgery and it is safe to say that the RAW Women's division certainly missed a star like her. With the return of Charlotte Flair, she can now lead the division alongside the RAW Women's Champion Asuka.
There were a lot of speculations as to why WWE decided to remove Lana from the match at the last minute in such a manner, but with Charlotte Flair's return tonight, the answer is pretty clear. Though it will be interesting to see what happens when Lana returns in a few weeks.
