Edge’s finishing move ‘Spear’ is very famous and he is one of the only wrestlers in WWE currently that uses the move to finish his opponents. Edge entered the WWE Hall of Fame years ago, At that time, Edge was retired.

He was forced to retire about 8 years ago and relinquish his WWE Heavyweight Title that he had at the time. He had to retire as doctors advised him to do so, as his neck was in a very bad condition. Edge made his WWE return at the 2020 WWE Royal Rumble match.

The return was not announced and nobody really expected him to make his return. Reportedly, he had another surgery that allowed him to return to the ring. Since then, Edge has had a part-time schedule in WWE. Even though he is still one of the most popular wrestlers in WWE, he still hasn’t announced his opponent for WrestleMania 37.

According to the Wrestling Observer Radio, he will most likely fight Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania 37. Edge recently won the 2021 Royal Rumble match. Many people believe that he will challenge Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Title.

We do not know who will leave with the title though. During an interview with CBS Sports, Edge revealed that he wants to have an Ironman match with Daniel Bryan. The WWE might not actually want to put Edge in an Iron Man match as his neck is still being protected.

“I’d love to do an Ironman with Daniel Bryan. There’s just so much talent I would love to get in with. … It’s just really fun for me because I see them get wide-eyed because we’re having this cool, special moment, and I want more of those”.
