Kurt Angle pays tribute to Brock Lesnar

When we talk about Brock Lesnar we are not only talking about one of the greatest WWE champions in history, but also one of the most dominant superstars on the world wrestling scene. Nobody can forget the federation experience of The Beast Incarnate and still today.

Although Brock is currently Free Agent, fans are 'hungry' for news and situations regarding the mighty wrestler. During the first episode of The Kurt Angle Show, the WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle first praised the wrestler and claimed that Brock Lesnar can be remembered as one of the most talented and good-selling wrestlers in the federation.

The former Olympic champion focused on this last point: "I knew that Vince McMahon wanted a match between me and Brock Lesnar. He was one of the latest arrivals, I think he had been in the federation for 6 months, but despite that, he was in great launch lamp.

Since his inception at WWE Brock had made a big impact in our business and we can say he had all the tools needed to become a successful wrestler. He is one of the best in the industry, especially in the ability to sell."

Continuing on the ability to 'sell' the match and his opponent Brock Lesnar, Kurt Angle talked about a great match from The Beast Incarnate's past, namely the 2017 Survivor Series 'Champion vs Champion' challenge between Lesnar and AJ Styles.

In this regard Angle commented: "I remember this match between Brock Lesnar and AJ Styles in 2017, Vince asked me what you thought of the match and I spoke to him positively. In the end, thanks to his skills Brock Lesnar managed to make everyone believe that AJ Styles could win and this has once again proved its worth."

Many WWE Universe insiders and fans consider this match to be Brock Lesnar's best match in WWE. Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar main-evented WrestleMania 19, where Brock Lesnar defeated Angle after a thrilling match to win the WWE Championship.

The WWE Universe also remembers this match for Brock Lesnar's infamous botched Shooting Star Press that almost led to him breaking his neck. Kurt Angle was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2017 and had his retirement match at WrestleMania 35 against Baron Corbin.

As for Brock Lesnar, his WWE contract surprisingly expired last year and there have been no reports of him signing a new deal with WWE as of now, though it is very likely.
