Rhea Ripley's WWE main roster destination revealed

Immediately after the great performance at this year's Royal Rumble, where she knocked as many as 7 female wrestlers out of the ring and came very close to victory, various rumors began to come around about Rhea Ripley's future.

Some thought she was going to be a fixture on Raw, others on SmackDown, and then there were those who were convinced that WWE hadn't made a decision yet. A precise answer has finally arrived in last night's episode of the red show, where it was announced, through a video package, that the former NXT Women's Champion will debut shortly.

What can fans expect from Rhea Ripley on WWE RAW?

On Monday Night Raw Rhea Ripley will find old acquaintances from the yellow show, including Lacey Evans and Charlotte Flair. She just with the daughter of the Nature Boy she had clashed on the second night of WrestleMania, last year, in a match that lasted over 20 minutes.

We will therefore see if this time the Australian-born fighter can have a high-profile match at the 37th edition of the PPV, scheduled for April 10 and 11 at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay, Florida. Many are hoping for a dream match between her and Asuka, Raw Women's Champion since the summer of 2020.

Even the Japanese wrestler, interviewed in the past, had expressed her desire to face Rhea Ripley if the opportunity arose. In fact, if the pandemic had not broken out, WWE would have had big plans in mind for her, as stated by Triple H in several interviews.

Fans are also curious to understand if Rhea can show up in Raw with a brand new look, as teased by her on Instagram, or keep the aggressive style that has characterized her since her arrival in the federation based out of Stamford.

At just 24, Rhea Ripley could really do the good and the bad in the women's division of the red show and become its absolute star. You will no doubt be able to capitalize on the great teachings received from Shawn Michaels at the Performance Center in Orlando.

Training with the Hall of Famer, one of her main idols when she followed wrestling as a child, was a great honor for her. The Nightmare could easily go toe-to-toe with the former RAW Women's Champion, Nia Jax. Sure, The Irresistible Force has dominated the RAW brand since she debuted on the main roster in 2016.

But she might meet her match if she clashes with Ripley. A feud with Jax could work wonders for the beginning of Ripley's main roster career. Jax has recently pinned the RAW and SmackDown's women's champion in two consecutive nights.

As a result, Ripley could look quite impressive if she defeats one-half of the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions. When looking at Jax and Ripley, one word comes to mind — powerhouses. As heavy hitters, these two stars could probably put on a great slugfest that would, of course, end with a win for Ripley.
