Shinsuke Nakamura seemingly frustrated with WWE run

As we all know, very often the career of a wrestler can be complicated for a lot of reasons, among which we find a management sometimes not accepted even by the athletes themselves. There is no shortage of news of disgruntled wrestlers or thoughts of fans who would like better treatment for some of their favorites on the agenda.

Shinsuke Nakamura seems to be one of these, at least according to an interpretation that can be given to some of his last words made known in a comment released under his latest content on Instagram, shortly after the defeat against Apollo Crews in the last episode of SmackDown.

The Japanese athlete has in fact published a video on IGTV, where he released the following words: "Apollo you have changed, and I respect that. I respect him because I have changed too, but I do not respect what you did to Big E and what you did to me tonight.

You have changed your attire, your attitude, but you can never change who you really are. You like to live in the past, but I am the future. I didn't take it personally last week, but now I want to be the only champion. I'll finish what you started, you should remember who I am."

Shinsuke Nakamura's WWE career has left a lot to be desired

Shortly after posting the video, there was no shortage of comments from many fans, among whom was a guy who reminded the former US champion how his talent is being completely wasted in WWE, to which another user replied that he recalled instead how happy he is in this situation, also considering a much more restrained and less risky style of fighting.

This answer, however, did not please the wrestler who promptly replied: "Who said I'm happy? Don't believe anything else that has what I said. And you, on the other hand, what idea do you have of the treatment of the former champion and athlete who can also boast a victory in the Royal Rumble Match in his trophy collection?" Shinsuke Nakamura is one of the greatest WWE Superstars to come out of Japan.

He had an incredible run in NXT, but things slowed down when he joined the main roster. Fans saw a ray of hope when Nakamura won the 2018 Royal Rumble match and punched his ticket to a world title match at WrestleMania 34, but it was all for nought.

At WrestleMania 34, Shinsuke Nakamura lost the WWE title match to AJ Styles. Nakamura soon settled on the mid-card, and many of his fans aren't happy at the fact that he has yet to win a world title on the main roster.
