As we all know, many athletes have come to the court of Vince McMahon and among these we also find Nikki Bella, who has returned to talk about her past in the Stamford federation, declaring in The Bellas Podcast that she wants to take part in one last run as a wrestler in the square of the major par excellence in the United States.
At the moment, "one-half of the Bella Twins" does not yet have the green light from the doctors to return to the fight and her last match is against Ronda Rousey in Evolution 2019, an all-female PPV that caused the discussion to so much epoch.
The match was one of the most important of the evening as it included the offering of the WWE Raw Women's Championship, a title that however Nikki was unable to tie around her waist at the end of the match. She and her twin Nikki were slated to be inducted into the Hall Of Fame last year, but the ceremony was canceled due to the inconvenience caused by the pandemic.
However, the two will be able to recover this year in the event that will be held in complete safety to avoid further infections.
The latest update on Nikki Bella
Going back to talking about Nikki Bella's desire, we bring you an excerpt of his words: “I really want to get back into WWE with Brie and go on the assault on the women's couple titles.
That's what I want to do before I finally bolt my Nikes. I want one last run in the federation, adding that passion and desire that is needed. When I came back to have a rivalry it was a really complicated moment, also because it all happened quickly."
The former Divas Champion became a mother a few months ago and added that she wants to have another child before the age of forty, although returning to the ring is one of her most important and desired goals at the moment.
Nikki Bella revealed that she's not currently medically cleared to wrestle, but also detailed how she's preparing to get back into the squared circle. "I guess I have been talking about this run as if I'm cleared, which I'm not cleared to wrestle.
I saw a doctor last week who is starting to help me with neck strengthening exercises. I'm working on doing everything I can to increase bone growth with bone fusion and helping herniation. Since I haven't done any hardcore impact since my match with Ronda, hopefully, the herniation that happened above my bone fusion has gotten better."
When it comes to the wrestling business, they say no one ever truly retires. Fans never thought they'd see Edge in the ring again. Now, he's main-eventing WrestleMania. Daniel Bryan also retired due to a neck injury, but he's also back full time.
Nikki Bella deserves one more run in WWE if that's what she wants to do. Hopefully, her body will give her the tools she needs to get the job done.
