WrestleMania 37 could be Daniel Bryan's last event

Daniel Bryan is one of the most important and popular wrestlers of WWE and in particular of Friday Night Smackdown. In the last episode of the blue show, Yes Man hinted that the next Wrestlemania, or the edition of WrestleMania 37 which will be held on April 10 and 11 in Tampa, could be the last of his glorious career.

For some time, possible rumors have arisen about the retirement of the former WWE Champion, but at the moment the exact date of all this is not known. In the next edition of Fastlane Pay Per View Daniel Bryan will challenge champion Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship, but the chances that he will be the challenger to win are very few on paper.

This is because in reality the Wrestlemania 37 Main Event has already been chosen with Roman Reigns and Edge who will compete in the show of the Immortals. At the same time, most of the WWE Universe dream of Bryan being added to the card, perhaps for an extraordinary Triple Threat Match.

Will Daniel Bryan main-event WrestleMania 37?

In the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Newsletter, they agreed that Daniel Bryan's sentence can only be correct if the wrestler leaves WWE this year, but at the moment even this possibility seems rather remote.

Actually listening to the wrestler well you can understand that he was an extrapolated sentence but he never mentioned it clearly. On the other hand, only a few weeks ago, at the Solo Wrestling site, the Yes Man had released these statements: "I'm still a full-time wrestler now, but I don't think I will be one for much longer.

I don't think I'll be a full-time wrestler for that long yet but I've never really thought about retiring genuinely. I would like to fight to old age and when I say old, I mean very old, I love wrestling. Just like many of those who inspired me, like Jerry Lawler and Terry Funk and also like many of the European wrestlers, like Johnny Saint, who was around until his sixties, maybe his seventies."

Even though Daniel Bryan has taken a backseat on SmackDown over the past few weeks and is helping Superstars like Cesaro get over, he has left no stone unturned in his current program with The Tribal Chief. What started with a passionate promo by Bryan about deserving a shot at the Universal Championship has now turned into an intricate program between Reigns, Bryan, and Edge.

Although the current plan is to go ahead with Roman Reigns vs Edge at WrestleMania 37, there's still a chance that Bryan may be added to the mix given his popularity.
