One of the most interesting WWE feuds of the Smackdown side ahead of Wrestlemania, is the one that will lead to the showcase of the Immortals, the champion of the blue show, Sasha Banks and the winner of the Royal Rumble female of 2021, Bianca Belair.
The two have in fact started a storyline now several weeks ago and in the last period, they have been used by the WWE as a tag team, with the two faces of the Friday night show who also competed for the couple titles of the main roster, against Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax also in the company's next PPV, Fastlane, which aired on Sunday, 21st March.
Apparently, however, in view of WrestleMania 37 and their valid clash for the title of Smackdown, it seems that the company of the McMahons has in mind some quite radical change for the boss of the federation, especially with regard to his current attitude.
The latest news on Sasha Banks' future
According to what reported by Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, after what was heard and seen during the last episode of Talking Smack, it would seem that the direction that WWE wants to follow with its Smackdown champion is precisely that of the turn heel, with the girl who already at the microphones of the secondary broadcast that airs after the blue show, she acted as a heel would do in front of the cameras.
In one of his latest newsletters, Meltzer stated: "Sasha Banks did a heel promo at Talking Smack, so she'll lead the heel feud. I mean it's very likely she'll take the heel role, while Bianca will be the feud babyface."
It is not yet clear what will be the way in which the WWE will carry on the feud between the two athletes, but it is very likely that already tonight in Fastlane, the spark between the two can trigger that makes a feud a real personal battle, as we have already seen in several situations in the past of the WWE and this time to play the role of the villain could be the Boss of Smackdown.
The Boss Sasha Banks is another WWE Superstar with a 0-4 winless streak at WrestleMania. The current SmackDown Women's Champion will face Royal Rumble Winner Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 37. The Boss is at high risk of losing her title and continuing her streak against the EST of WWE.
Sasha's fourth defeat at WrestleMania came in a Fatal-Five-Way Elimination Match for the WWE SmackDown Women's Championship last year. Sasha was the third Superstar to be eliminated, with Bayley going on to retain her title. Sasha now has a mission to defeat Bianca Belair and break her winless streak to retain her title at WrestleMania 37.
