After a very long wait in Fastlane's Pay Per View, Bray Wyatt aka 'The Fiend', a long-awaited character from the WWE Universe, has finally made his return. This re-entry had been in vogue for weeks now and everyone was curious to know when the WWE Demon would definitely return.
We haven't seen The Fiend since the last 2020 Pay Per View match at TLC with the wrestler literally 'burned alive' by Randy Orton. T heir feud has continued for months and, despite the wrestler's absence, it continued with Alexa Bliss, friend of the Demon, taking the place of challenging The Viper.
Several times The Goddess of the WWE has provoked and launched sensational initiatives against Orton and the two have challenged each other in Fastlane. It was during this match that The Fiend returned in this new and particular role and thus favored the victory of Alexa Bliss.
Tonight, on Monday Night Raw, we saw The Fiend again.
'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt made his long-awaited return
During today's episode of Monday Night Raw it was in fact announced (although not officially) in the Main Event the match to be held at Wrestlemania 37 and which should sanction the showdown between Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt The Fiend.
The new The Fiend has a mask that makes it even scarier (as we can see in the photo) and the wrestler is back on social media with a particular message where he was inspired by the legendary figure of the Joker, a bad character we see in DC Comics.
His message read: "One day someone will destroy you so badly that you will become indestructible'- The Joker. In the post Bray Wyatt recalls an episode from the past, during a 2011 episode of Monday Night Raw when Wyatt was part of the Nexus as Husky Harris while Randy Orton was against them and in the shot he hit just the previous character of Wyatt.
During the latest edition of Monday Night RAW, Randy Orton wished to confront The Fiend. Orton's wish was granted by Alexa Bliss, who warned him about the consequences. Using her mysterious Pandora's Box, Bliss summoned The Fiend to appear during the segment.
As The Fiend stood in the ring, Orton produced a gas can from a concealed bag to set Bray Wyatt's alter-ego on fire once again. The Viper even delivered an RKO to The Fiend, but Bliss distracted him from the task at hand.
As a result, The Fiend eventually stood up and unleashed his wrath on Orton. He used a Mandible Claw and a Sister Abigail maneuver to put down his longtime rival.
