Backstage reaction to The Undertaker's relationship with Michelle McCool

The Undertaker is one of the greatest legends of the WWE, a wrestler who has made the history of this business and in general of everything related to WWE. For over thirty years he has cheered fans of this sport and always within this panorama he met his wife, WWE wrestler Michelle McCool.

The two married on June 26, 2010 after about a year into their relationship, the couple have a daughter named Kaia Faith Calaway, born in 2012. Over the course of her career Michelle has twice won the WWE Divas title. Champion and has also captured the WWE women's title on two occasions.

Her last appearances in WWE took place at the 2018 women's Royal Rumble and a few months later at a Battle Royal of the women's Evolution Pay per View.

Michelle McCool and The Undertaker eventually married

The relationship between The Undertaker and Michelle McCool was not welcomed in the best way by the WWE backstage and the former Divas Layla spoke about it, intervening in the course of the podcast Excuse Me by Vickie Guerrero.

Here are her words: "Many thought that her relationship with Taker could favor Michelle but in reality it was not so. Both Michelle McCool and I have received several no's from the company, it is not true that whatever she asked was supported, I can swear to you.

I remember she in those days she still wasn't married, but she was only engaged to Taker and everyone thought WWE would take all her requests from her, but it never was. Their relationship had nothing to do with her work in WWE."

In early January, Michelle McCool, absent from the social world for a period of time, announced through Instagram that she had tested positive for Covid-19. Fortunately, in that case, neither her daughter nor The Undertaker contracted the virus.
