Charly Caruso reveals the real reason behind her WWE release

Popular backstage interviewer and Raw Talk host Charly Caruso surprised (let's say in part) the WWE Universe by officially leaving the company led by Vince McMahon. In fact, the name Charly Caruso no longer exists with the woman who will now work Full Time at ESPN and will use her first name again, that is Charly Arnolt.

Latest rumors claimed that this choice was made by both sides after a break with the WWE leaders after Caruso would show up late for some interviews with Randy Orton and Sheamus. Wrestling Observer stated that Caruso had been fired from the company and that therefore this was a choice of the WWE leaders, but the woman wanted to deny these rumors and instead claimed to have left WWE on excellent terms.

WWE has already hired Charly Caruso's replacement

Speaking with Scott Fishman of TVInsider.com, Charly Caruso revealed to everyone the real reason she left the Stamford-based company. Here are her words specifically: "There will always be talk about it, the contract was already about to expire, but instead of renewing I decided to go ahead.

Everyone will have their own reasons and I have never had any problems in the course of my WWE experience. Nothing bad happened and I'm leaving the company on a positive note and just to start the next step in my career."

Charly Caruso had become increasingly important to WWE after Renée Young's departure, but WWE wasted no time and quickly replaced the interviewer by calling in her place the new Raw Talk interviewer Kevin Patrick.

The choice was made in a hurry as after the departure of Caruso, the company suddenly found itself without interviewers in the company. Charly Caruso had become one of the most prominent members of the WWE backstage team. Since losing Renee Young, Caruso's exit from WWE has led to a lack of experienced interviewers in the company.

RAW Talk's new host Kevin Patrick was signed by WWE essentially as a direct replacement for Caruso. Here's what Dave Meltzer of WON had to say about Caruso's exit from WWE a few weeks back: “I heard she was fired and then other people reported that she’s just not gonna be used and they are gonna wait for her contract to be out.

I don’t know which one of those is accurate. She had too much heat with too many different people and that was the story. That’s why the new guy was brought in to replace her”.
