Bayley is an American wrestler signed to WWE, where she performs on the Raw roster.

She is a member of the famous Four Horsewomen group, considered the four pillars of the Women's Evolution that began at NXT in 2015, which also includes Sasha Banks, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair.

She held the NXT Women's Championship once, the Raw Women's Championship once, the SmackDown Women's Championship twice and the Women's Tag Team Championship twice, becoming the first Women's Grand Slam Champion and Triple Crown Champion in WWE history.

She is the longest reigning Smackdown Women's Champion in history with a record 380 days, and was a double champion in 2020. She also won the 2019 Money in the Bank and the 2019 Elimination Chamber.

Bayley has been part of a lot of historical moments in women's wrestling. Alongside Sasha Banks, she was the first woman to main event a WWE Premium Live Event and compete in a 30-Min Iron Woman match at NXT TakeOver: Respect.

Along with Bianca Belair, she is also the first woman to compete in a One-on-One Ladder match in main roster history. She is the first and only woman to have competed in every major cage match, having had two Hell in a Cell matches (2020, 2021), one Steel Cage match (2023), two Elimination chamber matches (2018, 2019), one War Games (2022). She was the first woman to defend a title in Saudi Arabia. Her match with Sasha Banks at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn in 2015 is considered one of the most influential matches of all time.

In 2020 she was ranked No. 1 on Pro Wrestling Illustrated, and named Women's Wrestling MVP by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
