Dutch Mantel is an American manager, promoter and former professional wrestler. During his career he has worked for various wrestling federations such as World Championship Wrestling, World Wrestling Entertainment and Total Nonstop Action. Wayne Keown entered World Championship Wrestling in 1990, under the ring name Dutch Mantel, as a commentator on WCW WorldWide alongside Tony Schiavone.

The following year he created a stable called Desperados together with Black Bart and Deadeye Dick, playing the gimmick of a cowboy. Between 1994 and 1996 Keown worked for World Wrestling Entertainment under the ring name Uncle Zebekiah, acting as Justin Bradshaw's manager.

In 2013 Keown returned to WWE, under the ring name Zeb Colter, assisting Cesaro and Jack Swagger; his partnership with the two ended the following year due to Swagger's turn-heel and Cesaro's subsequent alliance with Paul Heyman. After a long absence, Keown returned in 2015 as manager of Alberto Del Rio, but the partnership between the two was short-lived as the Mexican joined Sheamus' League of Nations side.
