
Mark Henry is an American wrestler, former lifter, powerlifter and commentator signed to All Elite Wrestling. Nicknamed The World's Strongest Man after qualifying in weightlifting for the Games of the XXV Olympiad in Barcelona in 1992, where he finished in tenth place in his weight category, in 1996, he signed a ten-year contract with the World Wrestling Federation, where he remained throughout his career.
In 2017, after leaving the ring, he served as producer until 2021, when he left the company and signed with All Elite Wrestling, where he serves as a commentator on Rampage.
During his career he held the World Heavyweight Championship, the ECW Championship and the WWF European Championship once. At the age of 24, Mark Henry made his first appearance for the World Wrestling Federation on the March 11, 1996 episode of Monday Night Raw, where he bodyslam Jerry Lawler, who had ridiculed him while interviewing him in the ring.
