Braun Strowman held the Universal Championship once, the Intercontinental Championship once, and the Raw Tag Team Championship twice in his career. He also won the 2018 Money in the Bank and the André the Giant Memorial Trophy at WrestleMania 35 (2019).

In October 2017 he appeared in the video clip of the song Wish You Were Here by Avenged Sevenfold. Adam Scherr earned the pro palm in the American Strongman Corporation, winning the NAS U.S. Amateur National Championship in 2011.

On March 4, 2012, he won the Arnold Amateur Strongman World Championship, which allowed him to be invited to the 2013 Arnold Strongman Classic. On July 8, 2012, he took part in the Strongman Champions League for the SCL North American Championship, finishing overall in fifth place.

Strowman returned to WWE on the September 5, 2022 episode of Raw by attacking Alpha Academy, Street Profits, New Day and Los Lotharios. Strowman would later appear on SmackDown on the September 9 and 16 by knocking Alpha Academy offside, and wrestle his first match since returning to WWE by defeating Otis on the September 23 episode of SmackDown.
