
Gable Dan Steveson is an American professional wrestler signed to WWE. He won the gold medal in freestyle wrestling, in the 125 kg category, at the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympic Games.
On July 26, 2021, shortly before the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympic Games, Gable Steveson entered into a marketing agreement with mixed martial arts manager Dave Martin. After winning the gold medal in the aforementioned event, he gained a lot of popularity on social media and teased his fans about whether to continue his career in wrestling or move into the world of mixed martial arts or professional wrestling.
On September 9, 2021 it was announced that Steveson had signed a contract with WWE before he had stated that becoming a wrestler in WWE is a dream that I have had since I was a child.
On October 4, 2021, he was assigned to the Raw roster as a result of the draft lottery. The following December 14, he appeared in WWE for the first time shaking hands with Bobby Lashley. On April 2, 2022, at WrestleMania 38, he was introduced to a Dallas crowd by WWE Executive Vice President Stephanie McMahon.
