Jay Lethal is an American professional wrestler signed to All Elite Wrestling.

He is primarily remembered for his stints in Total Nonstop Action between 2005 and 2011 and Ring of Honor between 2011 and 2021.

At the age of fifteen Jamar Shipman participates in a competition held by Jersey All Pro Wrestling and wins the opportunity to attend their courses for free. At the end of the same and after six months of training, Shipman moves to Extreme Championship Wrestling where he continues his training under the guidance of Mikey Whipwreck and Dan Maff. He also wrestles in Ring of Honor before being signed by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling.
