Adam Pearce

Adam Pearce was born in Lake Forest, June 24, 1978, and is a producer and former American wrestler under contract with WWE, where he plays the role of General Manager.

During his 20-year career, he wrestled for many promotions on the North American independent circuit.

In 2013, he signed a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment with the role of trainer of the Performance Center. On December 11, 2014, he was one of the producers of TakeOver: Revolution; he has since become a permanent producer of NXT, WWE's developmental territory.

On August 28, 2020, he was named General Manager of Raw and SmackDown, when Vince McMahon ordered him to sign Braun Strowman, Bray Wyatt, and Roman Reigns to contracts for their Payback Triple Threat match. On the January 8, 2021 episode of SmackDown he was forced by Paul Heyman to participate in the Gauntlet match to determine the challenger to Roman Reigns' Universal Championship, where Pearce last eliminated Shinsuke Nakamura thanks to interference from Jey Uso.

As a result, he became Reigns' title challenger, only to be replaced by Kevin Owens the following week. On the March 1 episode of Raw, he teamed with Braun Strowman against Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin, but the two lost due to interference from Shane McMahon.
