The Latino World Order is a stable active in WWE formed by Rey Mysterio, Santos Escobar, Cruz Del Toro, Joaquin Wilde and Zelina Vega. Created in 1998 in World Championship Wrestling, it was inspired by the New World Order, another stable that raged in WCW.
The LWO was formed in 1998 following a conflict between Eddie Guerrero and Eric Bischoff. The group consisted of almost all Mexican wrestlers on the WCW roster, such as Rey Misterio Jr., Psychosis, La Parka, Hector Garza and Juventud Guerrera.
On the March 31, 2023 episode of SmackDown, Rey Mysterio reformed the stable by giving away LWO T-shirts to stable members Legado Del Fantasma (Santos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde, Cruz Del Toro and Zelina Vega) as the group had aided Rey in her feud against Judgment Day (Dominik Mysterio, Finn Bálor, Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley) in previous weeks.
On night one of WrestleMania 39, Escobar, Wilde, Del Toro and rapper Bad Bunny assisted Rey in her match against Dominik, who in turn was assisted by his Judgment Day teammates Finn Bálor and Damian Priest, which he won by Rey Mysterio.
