
Samuel Johnston, better known by his ring name Sami Callihan, is an American professional wrestler currently signed to Impact Wrestling, where he once held the Impact World Championship. Alongside Eddie Edwards and Moose he is considered the face of the company..
Between 2013 and 2015 he played in NXT, WWE's developmental territory, performing as Solomon Crowe.
Shortly after his debut, Callihan joined the Heartland Wrestling Association, being part of the stable The Crew, along with Jon Moxley, Dick Rick and Pepper Parks. He often fights against the likes of Chad Collyer and Nigel McGuinness. On September 28, 2008, he attempted to capture the HWA Heavyweight Championship, but failed to win a Triple Treat against Drake Younger and Jake Crist for the title.
He began a feud against the latter, being eliminated on November 26 by Crist in the Thanksgiving Eve Eight Man Tag Team Elimination Match. After losing the feud, he quits HWA.
On November 24, 2015, he requested and obtained the termination of his contract with WWE.
