Carlito is a Puerto Rican wrestler. Son of professional wrestler Carlos Colón, Carlito fought in World Wrestling Entertainment between 2004 and 2010, where he won the United States Championship once, the Intercontinental Championship once, and the WWE Tag Team Championship and World Tag Team Championship once. 

In November of 1999 Carly joined WWC, Puerto Rico, as the Face. Here he conquers the WWC Universal Heavyweight Championship and is part of several sporadic feuds until 2003. In June 2003 he made his debut in Ohio Valley Wrestling and fought there until October 2004.

On July 11, 2010 Carlito returned to the WWC. In the following weeks he has a storyline with Booker T. On November 27th he defeats Shelton Benjamin and becomes WWC Universal Heavyweight Champion. In December he joined the Inoki Genome Federation in Japan.

Carlito was supposed to attend the special Raw Legends Night episode of January 4, 2021 but an agreement was not found between the parties.

On January 31, 2021, at the Royal Rumble, he participated in the match of the same name entering with number 8, but was eliminated by Elias after 8 minutes and 26 seconds of stay in the ring. On the February 1 episode of Raw, he teamed with Jeff Hardy. The two defeated Elias and Jaxson Ryker. A three-week trial period was later announced before signing him, however they were unable to agree.
